6) Disclosing Personal Information
We disclose personal information to:

Affiliates and corporate transactions.
Legal/compliance: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce terms, or protect our rights and users.
7) Targeted Advertising; “Sale”/“Sharing” (US)
We do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law and do not process personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Because of this, we do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Your Privacy Choices” link and we do not rely on opt-out preference signals. If our practices change (e.g., if we later enable cross-context ads or Shopify Audiences), we will update this Policy and implement the required opt-out mechanisms. Yes on Prop 24+1
8) International Data Transfers
We are based in Chile, and our providers (including Shopify) may process your data in the U.S., Canada, and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) implemented by Shopify and/or other vendors. Shopify Help Center
9) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Data Retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where feasible, we will anonymize or delete information when no longer needed.
11) Children’s Data
The Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
12) Third-Party Websites & Links
Our Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy/security practices are independent from ours. Review their policies before providing information.
13) Your Rights & Choices
Your privacy rights vary by location. You may exercise your rights via the Contact in Section 2 or any on-site tools we provide.
California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to access/know, delete, correct, portability, and non-discrimination. Because we do not sell/share or engage in targeted advertising, the opt-out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising currently does not apply. If that changes, we will provide the required opt-out mechanisms, including recognition of applicable signals. California DOJ
Other U.S. states (e.g., CO, CT, VA, UT, TX, OR, NJ): rights may include access, delete, correct, portability, and (where applicable) opt-out of targeted advertising/sale/profiling, plus a right to appeal our decision. If we begin targeted advertising, we will implement any state-required opt-out mechanisms. Baker Donelson
EEA/UK (if you interact from there): rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawing consent where relied upon.
Marketing & cookies: you can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the link in our emails and manage cookies in your browser.
You can opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting your ad preferences in your Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account, or by using tools provided by the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
You can withdraw your consent for advertising cookies at any time through our cookie settings banner.
14) Verification, Authorized Agents & Appeals (US)
We may need to verify your identity (e.g., by matching information we hold) before acting on a request. You can designate an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and your identity. Where applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will inform you of the result and how to contact your Attorney General if you remain unsatisfied.
15) Do Not Track (DNT) & Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Our Services do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because we do not sell/share personal information or engage in targeted advertising, GPC signals are not required for our current practices. If our practices change, we will honor applicable opt-out preference signals as required by law and update this Policy. cppa.ca.gov
16) Financial Incentives
We do not offer programs that provide price/service differences in exchange for personal information. If we introduce one, we will provide a notice of financial incentives.
17) Dropshipping & Fulfillment Partners (Privacy)
To deliver your order, we share necessary information (e.g., name, address, contact, product SKU) with manufacturing/logistics partners who may ship directly to you. They are required to use such information only to fulfill your order and comply with applicable privacy laws.
18) Complaints
If you have concerns about our handling of your personal information, please contact us (Section 2). If you reside in the EEA/UK, you may also contact your data protection authority.
