RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1) Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, with all tags, all accessories/cables/manuals, and in its original inner packaging and outer carton. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene notice (personal-use device). Due to health and hygiene standards, opened, used, or unsealed personal-care devices (e.g., menstrual relief massage belts) cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong item. Results may vary and do not constitute a defect.

Packaging & labeling may vary. Because some orders are fulfilled by our manufacturing partners, packaging/labels/markings may differ from product photos and can vary between batches. Minor cosmetic variations and packaging differences do not qualify as defects.

3) How to Start a Return (RMA)

To start a return, contact us at info@kamilune.com or through contact page (see: page/contact-1) with your order number, reason for return, and—if applicable—photos/video of the issue and the shipping label/carton.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return authorization (RMA) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.

Third-party fulfillment. Orders may ship directly from our suppliers. Please do not send returns to any supplier’s address—use only the return address provided with your RMA.

4) Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We do not charge restocking fees. However, if returned items are missing parts, excessively worn, or not in their original packaging, we may deny the return or deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value.

5) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Evidence required: clear photos/video of the product, the defect/damage, the outer carton, and the shipping label.

6) Non-Returnable Items

Opened/used/unsealed personal-care devices (except where faulty/wrong item).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.

Gift cards and final-sale items.

7) Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once accepted with an RMA) and then place a new order for the item you prefer.

8) Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item is defective/wrong.

If the return doesn’t meet the eligibility conditions (Section 2), we may refuse the return or return it to you at your expense.

9) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated delivery attempts missed, we can reship (new shipping fees apply) or refund minus original shipping and any carrier return fees (if applicable).

10) International Returns, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees paid are non-refundable. For international returns, you are responsible for return shipping, proper customs declaration (mark as “Returned Goods”), and any fees incurred.

11) European Union – Right of Withdrawal (if/when we ship to the EU)

If we begin shipping to the EU, consumers in the EU will have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery to cancel for any reason. You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days and send back the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will issue a refund to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened personal-care devices), except where faulty. Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
